According to an article recently posted on Insurancenewsnet.com, by the Associated Press (AP), “Health Negotiators Look At Malpractice Changes,” President Obama has begun to compromise on the need for alternatives to medical malpractice lawsuits. Opponents to changing the malpractice system insist that malpractice reform will have an insignificant impact on lowering the cost of health care. I strongly disagree with this opinion. Tort reform is a major piece of the health reform puzzle and deserves ample attention as we work to achieve a better health care system. Anyone who is physically disabled well understands the absolute need for wheelchair donations for similarly disabled persons. Unfortunately, many physically disabled persons are without proper resources to purchase the needed wheelchairs and assistance. So how can we help? Here we go again, town hall meetings discuss the impact involved in the proposed health care Bill. This bill is named the House Bill 3200. This bill is to replace our existing Medicare and Medicaid programs. The problem is Medicare and Medicaid programs are going broke. This post is neutral to the issues and publishes current information. Health Care Reform is wanted by nearly everyone in the United States the trouble is no one wants to pay for it. This is indicative of a population that is on the verge of an economic breakdown. Based on economic data from the past 50 years, this country seems destined for what is called the “shock doctrine.”
